Tiki Bar and Lounge in Melbourne, Australia is as close as you’ll find to an authentic polynesian palace “down under.” The owners and bartenders are true believers in tiki, not just a group of investors trying to ride the trend with crappy versions of the complex drinks we’ve come to know and love.
They’ve raised the bar again this year by coming out with a new drink menu designed in the classic style: richly illustrated with depictions of each drink and smartly-written, enticing descriptions. Click on the picture for an enlargement and you’ll see what I mean!
